Brodo Mami Bakery takes pickup orders online. This page explains what we keep about you when you order, and why.
What we collect
- Your name and phone number, so we can prepare your order and reach you about it.
- Your email address, only if you choose to give it, so we can send a confirmation and updates.
- What you ordered, your pickup date and time, and any note you write for the baker.
How we use it
We use these details to prepare and hand over your order, to contact you about it, and to keep our order records. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for advertising.
Who can see it
Our bakery team can see your order. The services that host this website and store its data, and, if you gave an email address, the service that delivers our emails, handle your details on our behalf. Anyone who has your order number or your full phone number can look up what was ordered and its status, but not your name, phone number or email address.
Cookies and storage
Your cart is saved in your browser so it is still there if you refresh the page. It is not sent anywhere until you place an order. The only cookie we set is a sign-in cookie for the bakery owner. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) you can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. To do so, ask at the bakery when you collect an order.
